What’s A Boot Camp Like?

What is Boot Camp? Many men say this is one of the most life-changing events they have ever been part of. BCNW’s four day, spring boot camps (and three day fall camps) are designed to take a man (age 18+) on the journey of rediscovering his heart and life through Jesus Christ.

These men’s events are held in the incredible, natural terrain of Central Oregon’s high desert. Spring Boot Camp is based on Wild at Heart, the best-selling book for men by John Eldredge. Fall Boot Camp is three days in length, and is typically based on a book by John Eldredge as well. (Boot Camp Northwest not affiliated with John Eldredge/Ransomed Heart Ministries – but we really love those guys)!

From Thursday evening through early Sunday afternoon, April 26-29, 2018, we’ll be unpacking the core concepts from John Eldredge’s book, “Wild at Heart” – discovering the secrets of your masculine soul.

THE VENUE: This event will be held at Washington Family Ranch in the Creekside complex, 19 miles southeast of Antelope, Oregon. Housing is comfortable, dormitory style in rooms that house at least eight – and there’s lots to do (see more).

PAY WHAT YOU CAN: No joke! We don’t want money to be an obstacle for anybody so we’ve made it so camp can run 100% on what men are able to pay. That said, many men ask about a “suggested amount” as a point of reference. For this camp that suggested registration is $260  – which helps cover the hard costs plus other expenses BCNW incurs over the year as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 3:30 – 5:30 pm on Thursday with dinner served at 6 pm. The event will conclude at 1 pm on Sunday. QUESTIONS? Email or call 206.200.2250.
